At Heavelle, we collaborate with third-party suppliers to bring you curated wellness and lifestyle products from around the world. Due to the nature of our fulfilment model (dropshipping), shipping times and availability may vary depending on the product and supplier location.

🕒 Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Once shipped, estimated delivery is between 6–20 business days, depending on your country and the supplier's warehouse.

Please note: Products in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in different packages.

We do not guarantee exact delivery dates. Shipping delays may occur due to customs processing, postal service disruptions, supplier stock levels, or high-demand periods.

Tracking information will be provided as soon as it's available.

Once a package has been shipped, Heavelle is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
